Oh guys, I showed him the comments & he felt good. Here are the answers for all the Questions. Its called Spinal Aneasthesia, this was for some fracture surgery(orthopedic case).. Also he is not holding the light in the hands, the light is reflecting at the point but the actually bulb is stiauted right above his head! LOL.. Super Imagination!!
