Tall Monument at our Capital City New Delhi.. I have intentionally put this photo with some people so that you can get an idea of its height... The place around that was just lovely with greenary.
Hi Veena, this is Su, Vani's cousin. Lovely photos. Are you a professional photographer?
Naanu Delhige bandu 2 varshavaythu. But still haven't found an opportunity to visit the Qutub Minar. Reminds me of this bit someone told me in office... it's like borrowing a book from the library versus owning the book. Most of the times one tends to complete reading the book if it is borrowed...
If it is owned, the attitude changes. you know u can read it anytime, but never find time to do so.

@Su: Thanks su.. heard a lot about you from Vani.
Me and professinal photographer.. ahem ahem.. probably I am curious about taking all shots around, its an habit from childhood.. During time when we had analog cameras finishing 35 snaps was within no time for me.
About not visiting Qutub Minar being in Delhi and your reason, agree to it 100%.. probably you need some guests that you can take them there and thats the best opportunity to see around our own places.
"probably you need some guests that you can take them"
--> I think that's very true everywhere. Being born and brought up in Bangalore, I have rarely visited Lalbagh as I remember. The last I have been there was about 14 years ago and it was about 10+ years prior to that :)

Ayyo! Ram, Not visited Lalbagh?
Su, there is also that Metal Pillar near Qutub Minar that you need to visit. Looks pretty slim, but not many can enclose the pillar with their two hands...some urban legend there says that if you can do so, you are an extremely lucky person.
